Vintage Lustreware Made in Japan per Collector's guide to "Made in Japan Ceramics" Carole Bess White, Tashiro Shoten was in business before WWII and closed in 1954. Cherry Blossom Mark TA Made in Japan. 

Noritake Luster Glaze bowl with ladle; beautiful colorization method done at that time in Japan.
