Stoneware 1950 Monmouth USA Cookie Jar This Monmouth, IL; It is a cream-colored glazed cookie jar with a deeper brown top with cork and handle. it does look like a "Jug" with the cork ! It measures 7.25 W x 11.25 H inches tall. Nice size for reaching in for cookies(5 .25")

On bottom of Jug it has a leaf on etched in bottom with the words Monmouth USA
