all dressed up and ready to celebrate the Holidays. They are new, unused,
in mint condition with mint condition tags, and PVC pellets. Both have
4th generation heart tags and 5th generation tush tags. Not only would
these collectibles make a great gift, but they would make a great addition
to your Holiday decorations.
About (Christmas) 1997 Teddy: The 1997 Teddy was the very first Christmas themed Beanie Baby.
First released to the public on January 10th, 1997, and retired on December 31st of the same year, his tush tag
shows a 1996 copyright year. He has black button eyes and nose against a light brown fabric. What sets
this Beanie Bear apart from all the other bears is that the 1997 Teddy wears a red and white Santa hat.
Even his poem has a heartwarming touch:
Beanie Babies are special no doubt
All filled with love – inside and out
Wishes for fun times filled with joy
Ty’s holiday teddy is a magical toy!
About Snowball: Showing a copyright date of 1996, Snowball was first released to the public on October 7th of 1997, and retired December 31st of the very same year. This loveable Beanie snowman has black button eyes
and an orange carrot shaped nose. He has a couple black buttons on his belly
and sports a lovely red scarf around his neck. Snowball wears a black top hat
with a red band, and has his very own poem:
There is a snowman, I’ve been told
That plays with Beanies out in the cold
What is better in a winter wonderland
Than a Beanie snowman in your hand!
