This is a Chinese heavy cast iron pagoda garden lantern, with an architectural pagoda with ivy designs, form & square, curved topped lid, a hinged cage door with an elegant ivy design and openwork screen sides. Is has a cast iron candle holder inside of the lantern in which you can place a tea light or candle. It has a ring handle atop, so it could be suspended from a cast iron hook.
The lantern is in good condition with original patina appropriate to its age and use. Heavy quality capable of handling inclement weather conditions.
Place a candle, tea light or a small oil lamp inside the main section of the lamp to create a warm, romantic ambiance and enjoyable decorative accent for entertaining friends and family. It's a perfect decorative ornament for your indoor or outdoor garden space.
