Child's thermos Condition for the age - very good, no breakage and no rust; has a orginial cork and lid cup. glass insert is in good shape. The outside of Thermos - is in very good shape.Size: 8.25" H with cup x 2.5 " in dia. Patent Dates : 13093 - March 15-10/ and 38834 - Sept. 24-07

You probably could remove light rust around the top rim; we do not try to clean antiques. the glass liner is in good shape not broken and for its age the bottom has all information and no rust. 9 3/4" H x 3" dia - Icey-Hot Division 27
